Military Diet
Hello everybody!! Before we start I want to say : Happy New Year to you all! Never forget to Never Give Up, always surround yourself with positive and successful people, so u can become one of them too. Everything you do, do with love, be more tolerant and show more respect. Be thankful, be honest, love and be loved. Now we can start with the new blog post :) I wanted to start something new, something good for me and my body, workout more and do more of what makes me happy. So I said : "Okay, well stop saying "I want" and say "I'm going to do it right now" "Tomorrow can wait". No long time ago I heard about "Military diet" and It was the matter of time when I will start with that. What I want you to know - It's important to consult your doctor before starting this diet (Is it good for your body?!?). Military diet is 3 day diet where you can lose 10pounds.
