Military Diet


Hello everybody!! Before we start I want to say : Happy New Year to you all! Never forget to Never Give Up, always surround yourself with positive and successful people, so u can become one of them too. Everything you do, do with love, be more tolerant and show more respect. Be thankful, be honest, love and be loved.

Now we can start with the new blog post :)
I wanted to start something new, something good for me and my body, workout more and do more of what makes me happy. So I said : "Okay, well stop saying "I want" and say "I'm going to do it right now" "Tomorrow can wait".

No long time ago I heard about "Military diet" and It was the matter of time when I will start with that. What I want you to know - It's important to  consult your doctor before starting this diet (Is it good for your body?!?).  Military diet is 3 day diet where you can lose 10pounds.

Here is what It looks like :

DAY 1, BREAKFAST


1 slice of bread or toast 
1 cup of coffee or tea - no sugar added 
1/2 Grapefruit 

DAY 1, LUNCH :

cup of coffee or tea - no sugar added 
slice of bread or toast 
1/2 cup of Tuna

 DAY 1, DINNER :

1 ounces of any meat 
1 cup green beans 
1 small apple 
1/2 banana
1 cup vanilla Ice cream


DAY 2, BREAKFAST :
  
  slice of bread or toast 
1 egg (however you like)
1/2 banana

DAY 2, LUNCH :

1 cup of  cottage cheese   
1 hard boiled egg
5 saltine crackers 

DAY 2 DINNER :

2 hot dogs 
1/2 cup carrot 
1 cup broccoli 
1/2 banana
1/2 cup vanilla Ice cream


DAY 3, BREAKFAST :
1 slice of cheddar 
1 small apple
5 saltine crackers 

DAY 3, LUNCH :

  slice of bread or toast
1 egg, however you like

DAY 3, DINNER :
1 cup Tuna
1/2 Banana
1 cup Vanilla Ice cream
